Information - Manuka Health MGO 250+ Manuka Honey with Green Tea Extract
For centuries, green tea has been valued for its outstanding health and anti-ageing properties. Green tea's active ingredient, Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) is 100 times more potent than vitamin C and 25 times more effective than vitamin E in scavenging free radicals in the body.

What does MGO mean?
Manuka Health's MGO™ Active Manuka Honey is labelled based on the minimum Methylglyoxal content (mg/kg) it contains. As Methylglyoxal is the active compound directly responsible for the antibacterial activity of Manuka honey, the higher the Methylglyoxal content of MGO™ Manuka Honey, the stronger the antibacterial activity.
Use
Take up to 3-4 teaspoons per day, 30 minutes before a meal.
