Delivery Information - Bee Products & Manuka Honey from New Zealand
Will I be charged for delivery?
We apply a flat rate shipping charge of USD9.95 to all orders regardless of the number of items, size or weight of your goods or destination. This charge is inclusive of actual shipping costs as well as our processing, labor and materials charges associated with handling your order.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched via International Airmail:
Often we will dispatch your order on the same day and almost all orders are dispatched within 48hrs of receipt, subject to not arriving at the start or just before the weekend. In the event that there is a shipping delay you will be notified by e-mail and you will be given the option to cancel your order.

Will I have any problems with customs?
You should not expect any problems with customs when you buy our bee products or honey from New Zealand. In the unlikely event customs withhold your order and we have failed to advise you of this possibility we undertake to provide a full refund.
I have not received my order yet?
If you believe your order has been delayed or is overdue, please contact us. We will re-ship at no cost to you any order that we determine has been lost or damaged.
